Every now and again, we encounter a 'sync blockage' from Garmin Connect and even after manually trying to sync a workout we aren't able to. 


In this case you need to disconnect Garmin Connect from our platform and also revoke access on your Strava to our platform. After doing this and then reconnecting Strava the issue is resolved. 


This is how to do it:


Step 1: On the Coach Parry Training platform, click on the user menu and then settings: (Or click on this link to go directly there: https://training.coachparry.com/Membership/Settings)

Step 2: Then scroll down and click on the disconnect Garmin button

Step 3:  Then head over to Garmin Connect and click on the user menu and then 'account settings':





Step 4: Click on Account Information:





Step 5: Scroll down to find an app called Training Tilt and revoke access to it by clicking the disconnect button:




Step 6: Head back to the Coach Parry Training App and under the 'User settings' menu tab as above reconnect your Garmin account. 


That should sort out the 'sync blockage'.
