Every now and again, we encounter a 'sync blockage' from Strava and even after manually trying to sync a workout we aren't able to. 


In this case you need to disconnect Strava from our platform and also revoke access on your Strava to our platform. After doing this and then reconnecting Strava the issue is resolved. 


This is how to do it:


Step 1: On the Coach Parry Training platform, click on the user menu and then settings:

Step 2: Then scroll down and click on the Disconnect Strava button

Step 3:  Then head over to Strava and click on the user menu and then settings:

Step 4: Click on My Apps:

Step 5: Find an app called Training Tilt and revoke access to it:

Step 6: Head back to the Coach Parry Training App and under the 'User settings' menu tab as above reconnect your Strava account. 


That should sort out the 'sync blockage'.
