This is how to get assistance from one of our coaches by posting a question in the forum on both the web browser and Coach Parry iOS and Android app.


IMPORTANT: Access the forum and our team of coaches is only available on our ALL ACCESS Training Packages. If you are on a LITE or a 12-week training roadmap package you do not get access to the forums.

Step 1: Once logged in on the web browser, click on the 'Forum' link in the main menu.




Step 2: Once the forum opens, click on the '+ Create' drop-down icon:




Step 3: Select 'Topic'.




Step 4: Select the forum you would like to post into and then click continue:




Step 5: In order to create a new discussion, give your post a title. Then add your comments or question in the big text block below the title block.


And then finally hit the 'Submit Topic' button to post your comment in the forum.


 


This is how to post your question on the Coach Parry iOS or Android app. 

 

Step 1: Click on the hamburger menu


Step 2: Click on the 'Forum' link on the main menu


Step 3: Click on the New Topic + icon

Step 4: Select Topic


Step 5: Select the forum you would like to post in from the drop-down menu and then click continue

Step 6: Give your post a tile in the 'Title' text block.


Then add your comments or question in the message block and finally hit the 'Submit Topic' button to post your comment in the forum.
